Here are some of the Frequently Asked Questions from our guests:
- Reservation Confirmations, Deposit and Guarantee Policy
Reservation confirmations can be emailed to you at the time you make your reservation. You will also receive a confirmation number at that time which you should make note of in case it is necessary for you to make changes to your reservation. Deposits are not normally required but a valid credit card must be used to guarantee your reservation.
- Cancellations and Charges
Reservations must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date. There is no charge for canceling a reservation. If you do fail to cancel a reservation, however, and do not arrive at the hotel as scheduled you will be charged for one night’s lodging and tax.
- Proximity to Airport
Paso Robles airport is located approximately 6 miles from the hotel.It is not, however, a public airport. San Luis Obispo County Regional Airport is located approximately 30 miles south of the hotel.
- Entrances and Security to Hotel
The main entrtance to the hotel is located at the end of Alexa Court. There are also entries at each end of the building as well as to the rear. These are locked for security and admittance is granted only through the use of your room key. The entire building is monitored by a 24 hour surveillance system.
- Rates
Rates are seasonal and vary accordingly. We will always quote you the best available rate for the dates of your stay.
- Availability
Paso Robles is rapidly becoming a destination for visitors from around the world! We strongly suggest that you make reservations as soon as you can in order to assure that your trip is a pleasant one.
- Early Check-In
Although we are unable to guarantee an early check-in, it is available based on availability.
- Payments and Other Charges
A guarantee of payment is required at check-in. In addition to cash, we accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. In addition to room charges, the City of Paso Robles accesses a 10% occupancy tax on all guest stays.
- Facilities for Guests With Disabilities
Our facility offers a full array of amenities for our Guests with Disabilities included but not limited to roll in showers, assist bars, flashing door bells, vibrating alarm clocks, etc. Please inquire at the front desk if you are in need of any of these amenities.
- Pet Policy
Pets no larger than 25 pounds are welcome! There is a $50 refundable deposit on all rooms that house pets via cash or credit card.
